As the Dream Manager at a FINRA broker-dealer, I have been able to identify the common goals among the employees who participated in the company’s 12-month program. My team and I are now able to offer The Dream Benefit™ to individuals and teams in workplaces in the United States and other countries throughout the world.
I hold a Master’s degree from Naropa University. My Master’s Thesis is entitled – Mystics in the Boardroom – Creating a Life Enriching Workplace! I hold a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Communication from the Pennsylvania State University.
My professional background includes consulting, skills training and coaching, as well as providing motivational and informative presentations to groups of all sizes.
Consulting
I’m an accomplished consultant providing employee training and coaching, executive and staff recruiting and small business consulting to organizations throughout the country for over thirty-five years. From 2009 to 2019, I worked exclusively for CUSO Financial Services. I was in the position of Program Manager (4 years) and Learning and Development Director and Dream Manager (6 years). I hold the FINRA securities licenses series 7, 66 and New Mexico insurance licenses.
Public Speaking
I am a dynamic speaker lecturing nationally and internationally on topics related to professional and personal development. I have spoken at the California Professional Businesswomen, and the University of California's Leadership Conference for Women, among others. In addition, I was a speaker at a conference organized by the United Nations held in Beijing, China. I was also a speaker at the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Liberal Arts Career Day, sharing my experience with the undergraduates.
I also tell the stories of inspiring women from my book, Women Marked for History. My co-author and I in 2015 won the New Mexico Historic Preservation award for our book and our storytelling at venues large and small around the state.

I’m a contributing author to Krista Dunk’s book, Broken Chapters. My chapter is entitled I Just Wanted to Dance!
I’ve co-written New Mexico Historic Marker Roadmaps: Inspiring Stories of Men, Women and Places published in 2023, By the Grace of God – Stories from the American Dream, published by Gatekeeper Press in 2019 and Women Marked for History, published by Sunstone Press in 2013.
